Alaska rainbow trout fishing in the unspoiled Wilderness of Katmai National Park. Bristol bay is one of the last unspoiled wilderness in the world left today. The Alagnak river is one of a few designated as a wild and scenic destinations in the US. The Alagnak river is formed by two great trout fishing rivers, the Nonvianuk and the Kukaklek. The Alagnak lodge is approximately 52 mile from the tide water. With the braids of the Alagnak there is a hundred or so miles of trout and salmon filled runs to fish.

Alaska Rainbow Trout Fishing Lodge
Alaska Adventures has improved accomadations for 2009. A 24x36 Cedar lodge, a 3 bedroom guest house, 2 new cabins, and a Storage building. Last season was a big improvement year for ATA. A new 24x36 cedar lodge overlooking the Alagnak river with a upstairs fly tying area, and wireless computer station. The VIP cabin was built for groups of 6-8 and has 3 bedrooms and 2 private bathrooms. This building is located on the hill above the lodge with a great view of the alagnak river and alaska range. Also two new cabins with private bathrooms have been built. The improvement for 2009 season have been extensive but should improve your stay in the wilderness of Alaska. |
